Delivery Times and Tracking
All orders $399 or higher after any discount/coupon/promotion are shipped free via UPS Ground shipping. All orders with special pricing outside of the current promo are not eligible for free shipping. If you need a faster delivery, you have the option of choosing an express shipping method at your own additional expense. FedEx Shipping is also available to select at checkout but does not qualify for free ground shipping.
Since we are centrally located in Columbus, Ohio, most US addresses are 2-3 days shipping time.
Once you have completed your order you will receive an order confirmation email to your registered email address. Our order processors will then prepare and ship your order. Unless you have a custom shipping request, most orders placed before 3pm will ship same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped on the next business day. Any orders placed after the cut off time on Friday will be shipped on Monday. Our hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm EST.
Upgrades to the shipping methods (ie: 2nd Day, Next Day, etc.) can only be upheld if the order is placed before 3 pm (EST) and the extra shipment fees paid at check out.
Once our order processors have completed the shipment, they will update your order with the tracking number. You can view this tracking number and view the status of your order under the My Account tab at the top of the screen. From the My Accounts drop down, select Orders to view the status of your order or find your tracking number. You can also review your Invoices and Returns from this page.
Special shipping methods like Customer Provided Shipping and Freight shipping are available upon request. Please contact your sales representative for approval prior to placing your order.
Please let us know ASAP if there are any issues with your shipment via the Contact Us form. Any refused orders will be subject to a restocking fee.
